The Barrymore band is an authentic vintage sapphire eternity band. The band has?45?square-cut sapphires channel-set into a platinum ring stamped Tiffany & Co. The sapphires combine for approximately 0.45 carats.?The ring is currently size 7.25 and cannot be resized.
